About the Jobs

As an Operations Associate, the primary responsibility is to carry out painting, finishing, maintenance, and relocation-related activities within apartments and staff accommodation facilities, ensuring both interior and exterior areas are maintained to a high standard.

This role requires attention to detail and a strong focus on maintaining the appearance and condition of residential properties.

This position offers a varied working environment where no two days are the same, making it ideal for individuals with a practical mindset, hands-on attitude.

Your Responsibilities :

Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and repairing minor imperfections
Painting walls, ceilings, windows, doors, staircases, and other surfaces
Carrying out finishing and renovation work in apartments and staff hotels
Performing minor technical repairs and maintenance tasks
Maintaining the interior and exterior appearance of residential facilities
Supporting move-in and move-out activities within residential properties.
Assisting with landscape maintenance, gardening, and outdoor upkeep activities.
Ensuring work is completed to a high-quality standard
Keeping work areas clean and following safety guidelines

Job offer requirements:

Availability to work for at least 12 months.
Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.

English language skills are required, due to work in an international environment.
Category B driving license, as the job requires travel to different locations and transporting equipment.
Experience as a painter, house painter, maintenance painter, or in a similar role.
Basic technical insight and an understanding of preventive maintenance.
Eye for detail and accuracy.
Awareness of workplace safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and motivated attitude.
