We specialize in placing international employees from the EEA and have an excellent reputation in the industry. Our employees are placed at various companies and across different sectors throughout the Netherlands, including logistics, manufacturing, engineering, the food industry, and the agricultural sector. With over 20 years of experience, we have grown into an organization with more than 2,000 employees and serve over 200 clients. About the Jobs

As a Recruiter at Flexible Human Services , you play a key role in recruiting and selecting international candidates who are eager to live and work in the Netherlands. You’ll work closely with your international colleagues and candidates. Your primary responsibility is always to place the right people in the right positions.

Your Responsibilities :

• Proactively search for suitable candidates for various positions across a range of industries.
• Conduct online interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for client requirements.
• Maintain daily communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Fill vacancies efficiently and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Expanding our network of recruiters abroad and maintaining existing relationships.
• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with other departments.
• Proactively seek out new recruitment channels within and outside Europe

• Excellent command of English and Romanian, both spoken and written
• Additional language skills : Polish, Bulgarian, Ukrainian, or another European language is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds.
• Energetic, proactive, and results-driven with a talent for sales and relationship building.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Critical thinking skills and attention to detail when evaluating and selecting candidates.
• Experience in recruitment and knowledge of labor laws are an advantage.
