HR Associate (24/7 Shifts)- Flexible Human Services

About the Jobs

As an HR staff member working in a 24/7 shift system, you’ll support our team at Vergeer in Reeuwijk, Woerden, and Bodegraven. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the onboarding process for new employees runs smoothly and for processing their hours worked and schedules. In addition, you’ll serve as the point of contact for tasks related to night taxis and handle urgent calls from the Planning and Social Support departments.

Your Responsibilities :

• Support the onboarding process for new employees.
• Process employee working hours accurately
• Assist with workforce planning and scheduling
• Coordinate and arrange night taxi transportation for employees when required.
• Handle emergency calls and provide support outside regular business hours.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient coordination across departments.
• Use Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook, to manage data and reporting.
• Support a 24/7 operational environment by working in shifts
• Provide transportation support when required,

• Good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in HR or Planning is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift schedule;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• A valid Category B driving licence is required.
