About the Jobs

As an Accommodation Coordinator, the primary focus is on managing housing locations, supporting residents, and ensuring properties remain safe, well-maintained, and welcoming.

Based in Wormer and working across various housing locations in North and South Holland, the role combines resident support, property inspections, move-in and move-out coordination, and minor maintenance tasks.

Your Responsibilities :

Welcoming residents, assisting with move-ins and move-outs.
Responding to resident queries and resolving issues where possible.
Conducting inspections of homes and common areas.
Identifying issues and taking appropriate action when needed.
Coordinating tasks and working closely with colleagues from different departments.,
Performing minor technical repairs and maintenance tasks.
Carrying out basic painting and upkeep work.
Ensuring housing locations remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Job offer requirements:

Availability to work for at least 12 months.
Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.

English language skills are required, due to work in an international environment.
Category B driving license, as the job requires travel to different locations and transporting equipment.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evening, night, and Saturday shifts.
Willingness to live on-site in Wormer.
Friendly and responsible, with a strong focus on people support.
Practical and hands-on, with the ability to perform minor technical repairs and maintenance tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
