About the Jobs:
Work at Van Zijverden BV takes place mainly in the hall, where employees wash flower bulbs and boxes. This requires physical fitness and the ability to work at a fast pace. The scope of duties includes:
• Machine operation: Employees are responsible for operating machines that wash flower bulbs and setting them up properly so that work is effective and safe.
• Pouring bulbs: One of the key tasks is manually pouring flower bulbs into the machine, which then performs the washing and sorting process.
• Stacking crates: Stacking clean crates in the right order after washing, which requires good organization and physical strength.
• Cleaning work: As part of daily duties, it is also necessary to keep the workplace tidy, which includes cleaning the halls, cleaning machines and taking care of tools.
• Other assigned tasks: Supervisors may also assign other work depending on the needs of the company, which requires flexibility and readiness to take on different tasks depending on changing production needs.
Expected working hours: Monday to Friday from 6:00-8:00 to 16:00-18:00, Saturday (in the case of a larger amount of work).
Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 3 months.
- Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
- No contraindications to physical work.
