About the Jobs
Department 1: Production (packaging)
At this stage, bulbs are classified according to size, quality and species. Sorting is done using machines that measure the size of the bulbs, which is important because their market value and suitability for planting depend on it.
- Quality sorting: Damaged, diseased, or infected bulbs are removed to ensure that only healthy specimens are exported.
- Size sorting: Bulbs are divided into size categories, which affects their price and intended use (e.g., for retail sale or for professional gardeners).
Next, the bulbs are packed in packaging tailored to customer requirements. Packing methods vary depending on the type of bulbs and the target market.
- Bulk packaging: Bulbs are packed in large bags or crates, often containing several hundred pieces. This solution is mainly used for wholesale customers such as nurseries or garden centers.
- Retail packaging: Bulbs can be packed in smaller packages, often with colorful labels and consumer information, such as planting and care instructions.
Labeling is also a key part of packaging — packages include variety names, production dates, and planting guidelines..

Department 2: Printing

Working conditions: work in a production hall; winter season temperature around 10°C, summer season temperature around 20-25°C.
Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
- Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
- No contraindications in working with flower bulbs
