About the Jobs
Work at ZG Slicing focuses on two main areas: slicing meat products and packaging them.
Department 1 – Slicing Meat Products:
- Operating modern machines: Employees are responsible for operating advanced slicing equipment that enables precise and efficient preparation of various types of meat. These machines are programmed to adjust slicing thickness and shape according to client specifications.
- Product customization: Depending on customer needs, the slicing team customizes meat products into different formats, which may include slices, pieces or cubes. This flexible approach helps meet a variety of market demands.
- Quality control: Every stage of the slicing process requires meticulous quality checks to ensure the meat meets high standards of freshness and safety. Employees regularly inspect the quality of raw materials and finished products.
Department 2 – Packaging:
- Various packaging methods: ZG Slicing offers a range of packaging techniques tailored to different types of meat products. Employees select appropriate methods such as vacuum packing, airtight sealing or modified atmosphere packaging. Each method ensures optimal protection of the meat against freshness and quality loss.
- Packaging aesthetics: An important aspect of packaging is its visual appeal. Employees ensure that packages are attractive, which is crucial for marketing and product presentation in retail settings.
- Labeling and documentation: Packaging also involves proper labeling, enabling easy identification and compliance with regulations. Employees prepare labels with information about ingredients, expiration date, and storage instructions.
Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 3-6 months.
- Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
- No contraindications for working in low temperatures between 0°C and 7°C
