About the Jobs:
Department 1: Machine Operator
Employees in this department are responsible for operating various production machines involved in processing and creating spices and herb mixtures. Daily tasks include:
- Setting up and operating filling and labeling machines.
- Monitoring production processes and ensuring product quality.
- Checking filling accuracy, packaging and label placement.
- Performing product changeovers and machine adjustments.
- Solving minor machine malfunctions and reporting technical issues.
- Completing production and quality documentation.
- Cleaning machines and maintaining a safe and hygienic workplace.
- Working according to food safety and quality standards (HACCP).
Planned Working Hours
2-shift system, Monday to Friday
- 07:00 – 16:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
Department 2: Labeling and Packaging of Spices
Work in this department involves preparing products for sale and final packaging. Main responsibilities include:
• Filling jars and packages with spices and herb blends in accordance with established weight standards.
• Weighing products to ensure that each portion meets the company’s standards.
• Labeling products with descriptions and preparing them for transport.
• Collecting, packing and preparing orders for shipment in accordance with customer requirements.
Planned Working Hours
2-shift system, Monday to Friday
- 07:00 – 16:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 3- 6 months.
- Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Employees in food production must NOT wear artificial eyelashes, nail polish, gel / acrylic nails, jewelry, or visible piercings. Fingernails must be kept short, clean, and well-groomed.
- Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
