The role of a bus driver at Doelen Coach Service primarily involves the safe and professional transportation of passengers on both short and long-distance routes.

Scope of responsibilities:

Transporting groups of passengers: This may include tourist trips, transportation to events, conferences, school excursions, or transfers to Schiphol Airport. Drivers must be punctual and adhere to established schedules.
Operating various types of vehicles: Depending on the assignment, drivers operate buses of different sizes—from smaller minibuses to large coaches accommodating up to 63 people. In some cases, they may also drive VIP vehicles, such as luxury minibuses or limousines.
Communicating with passengers: Drivers often interact with clients and must be polite and helpful, especially when dealing with VIP customers. The ability to speak multiple languages is often required to facilitate communication with international passengers.
Vehicle care: Drivers are responsible for checking the technical condition of the vehicle, maintaining cleanliness, and reporting any issues or malfunctions.

Working hours: Flexible working hours (according to schedule), with shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Job offer requirements:

Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
Motivation to work: During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.

Valid Category D driving license with Code 95 certification and Driver’s card. As an addition Up-to-date medical certification.
Communicative knowledge of English is required , as the job involves working in an international environment.
High level of responsibility and the ability to handle different road conditions effectively.

Flexibility and availability: The job requires flexibility, as driving assignments may take place at various times of the day or night, depending on client needs.
