About the Jobs
At Xfresh, the work focuses on the efficient unloading of delivered goods and their repackaging. Employees perform various tasks that are essential for the smooth operation of warehouse processes.
Department 1. – Production Assistant:
- Labeling: Applying labels to boxes and/or vegetables to ensure accurate product identification.
- Product Handling: Placing products on conveyor belts for further processing.
- Cold Storage Operations: Removing items from cold storage, requiring caution and adherence to safety rules.
- Pallet Banding: Securing pallets to protect goods during transport.
- Product Sorting: Organizing products based on specific criteria for easier distribution or dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Working with colleagues to foster a cohesive team and ensure task efficiency.
Department 2 – Order Picker:
- Order Fulfillment: Collecting orders by selecting various products from the warehouse, often stored in different cold rooms.
- Box Lifting: Lifting light and moderately heavy boxes, requiring appropriate strength and lifting techniques.
- Pallet Stacking: Arranging pallets in stacks up to 240 cm in height, requiring precision and spatial management skills.
- Pallet Banding: Securing pallets and preparing them for transport to safeguard products during shipment.
Working Hours: 7:00 -17:00
Working Conditions: Work takes place in a production hall with temperatures ranging from 5°C to 20°C.
Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
- Motivation to work: During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
