About the Jobs
Department 1: Greenhouse and Field Work – Spring Season
Spring is a crucial period for plant development with tasks centered on planting young seedlings.
- Planting Seedlings:
- Employees are responsible for planting delphinium seedlings in both the greenhouse and the field.
- Plant Maintenance:
- Additional duties may include daily care, such as watering and monitoring plant health during the growth stage.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Department 2: Field Work – Summer Season
Summer work focuses on harvesting mature flowers, requiring precision and care to maintain their aesthetic quality.
- Harvesting Flowers:
- The main task in summer involves picking mature delphinium flowers in the field.
- Bundling Flowers:
- After harvesting, workers create neat bundles (bouquets) ready for sale or further distribution.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 3-6 months.
- Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
