About the Jobs
Employees in the position of Sorting Machine Assembler are responsible for assembling, configuring and commissioning advanced sorting systems and conveyors, primarily used in warehouse logistics and production. This precise work requires knowledge of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic technologies, as well as the ability to work with technical documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Assembly of sorting machines and equipment:
- Assembling mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components based on technical drawings and project specifications.
- Accurately connecting and installing subsystems such as conveyors, sorters, sensors, motors, pneumatic systems and other automated system components.
- Collaborating closely with the technical team to ensure components align with project requirements and meet quality standards.
- System testing and commissioning:
- Conducting functional tests after machine assembly to ensure proper operation and compliance with performance and quality standards.
- Making adjustments and corrections during the commissioning phase to ensure optimal machine operation under operational conditions.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical technologies.
- Proficiency in working with mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components for assembly and maintenance of machines.
- Precision and accuracy:
- High attention to detail and precision in assembling and connecting components according to technical specifications.
- Technical skills:
- Ability to use mechanical and electrical tools and interpret technical documentation such as schematics and assembly drawings.
- Teamwork:
- Effective communication and collaboration with the technical team, engineers and quality control department.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
- Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical drawings and assembly documentation.
- Ability to operate mechanical tools and assembly devices.
- Good manuality and high attention to detail in task execution.
