About the Jobs:
Planting flowers:
- Employees are responsible for planting potted plants in greenhouses, preparing them for further growth and development under appropriate climatic conditions.
Preparing orders:
- The work includes selecting, packing and preparing plants for shipment. This stage also involves labeling products and arranging them on special carts (called “karas”) used for transporting plants.
Plant care:
- Employees take care of daily maintenance of plants in greenhouses, which includes watering, pruning and monitoring plant health to ensure proper growth and quality.
Placing flowers in greenhouses:
- After care, flowers are arranged in the greenhouses for further cultivation, requiring proper planning and organizational skills.
Order picking:
- Employees assemble orders according to customer requirements, which involves collecting the appropriate plants, packing, and labeling the orders.
Packing orders:
- Flowers must be carefully packed to ensure safe transport. This includes using suitable packaging materials to deliver the products to the customer in perfect condition.
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor:
- Depending on the current needs of the company, employees may be involved in various tasks such as maintaining cleanliness in the workplace, operating machinery or additional activities related to plant cultivation.
Working conditions: Temperature around 15–27°C. (During the spring and summer periods, temperatures may be higher).
Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
- Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
