About the Jobs
Work in the company involves preparing meals for DekaMarkt stores and includes the following tasks:
Preparing fresh meals: Cooking, slicing and assembling dishes such as salads, sandwiches and main meals according to established recipes while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Packaging meals: Once the products are prepared, employees are responsible for carefully packing the dishes, adhering to hygiene and quality standards, to make them ready for shipment.
Preparing orders: Employees collect and compile orders for various DekaMarkt stores, ensuring they are complete and properly labeled.
Washing empty crates: After delivering meals to the stores, empty crates are returned to the distribution center, where they are washed and disinfected, enabling their reuse in the distribution process.
Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
- Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Employees in food production must NOT wear artificial eyelashes, nail polish, gel / acrylic nails, jewelry, or visible piercings. Fingernails must be kept short, clean, and well-groomed.
- Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
- No health contraindications for working in low temperatures.
