- Flower care:

Employees are responsible for carefully wrapping the plants before transport, which protects the flowers from damage. This step requires delicacy and the ability to work with packaging materials. - Seated work: removing dead or unnecessary flower parts:
Manually removing wilted or excess plant parts to improve the appearance and health of the flowers. This work is usually done by hand in a seated position, allowing for precise handling. - Tying potted flowers around a wooden frame:
Creating decorative arrangements by tying potted flowers around wooden frames. This process requires manual skills and an aesthetic sense to make the plants look appealing. - Other tasks assigned by the supervisor:
Additional duties may include general cleaning, preparing tools for work or helping with other cultivation and packaging processes.
Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
- Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
- No contraindications for working in high temperatures
