About the Jobs
Department 1: Planting Flower Bulbs (March-April)
Task: Hand planting flower bulbs on fields using a specialized planting machine. Workers lie in a supported position and manually plant bulbs. In case of rain, a cover is used to protect workers.
Hours: 07:00 – 17:00, with potential overtime during peak planting season.
Department 2: Production Hall – Peeling Bulbs (June – 4 weeks)
Task: Manual peeling of flower bulbs on a production line, removing outer layers and cleaning off soil.
Hours: 07:00 – 17:00.
Department 3: Fieldwork – Weeding (July-September)
Task: Hand removal of weeds and diseased plants among flowers.
Hours: 07:00 – 17:00, depending on weather and field conditions.
Department 4: Fieldwork: Harvesting Bulbs (October – December)
Task: Operate alongside a machine that harvests flower bulbs, sorting and removing damaged or imperfect bulbs.
Hours: 07:00 – 17:00, with flexible scheduling based on harvest intensity.
Department 5: Production Hall – Cleaning and Peeling Bulbs (December – March)
Task: Manual peeling and cleaning of flower bulbs on a conveyor belt to prepare for further processing.
Hours: 07:00 – 17:00.
IMPORTANT:
Weather-appropriate clothing is required for outdoor tasks (e.g., raincoat, suitable footwear).
Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
- Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
- No contraindications for working outdoors
- Physical Fitness: Tasks involve manual labor in varying weather conditions, including lifting and repetitive motions.
- Communicative knowledge of English to collaborate in an international environment.
- Driver’s License: Category B is preferred for workers traveling to multiple sites.
