About the Jobs

Responsibilities:

Work at Floral Colors B.V. mainly involves activities related to the production of flower bulbs and their further processing and preparation for sale. The company specializes in growing plants such as tulips, hyacinths and daffodils, so employees are engaged in various stages of production and handling of these plants. Key tasks include:

Greenhouse work – planting, caring for and monitoring the growth of flower bulbs. Employees are responsible for watering, fertilizing, and protecting the plants from pests.
Sorting and processing bulbs – after harvesting, employees sort and select bulbs according to size and quality, then prepare them for storage or sale. This stage may involve using sorting machines, but manual work is also needed for quality control.
Field work – during the harvest season, employees are involved in hand-picking flowers in the field, machine-harvesting bulbs, and then packing and preparing them for further processing.
Preparation for sale and export – the company prepares products for both the domestic and international markets. Employees handle packing bulbs, preparing orders and shipping them to customers or flower auctions.
Cut hyacinth production – work related to cutting hyacinths, bundling them and preparing them for sale, especially during the winter season.

Work at Floral Colors B.V. is varied and seasonal, which means that during certain months of the year the workload may increase, particularly during harvest and product preparation for the market..

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job offer requirements:

Availability to work for at least 3-6 months.
Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
