About the Jobs:

A production and warehouse worker at Flowex Aalsmeer plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, especially fresh cut flowers, throughout the logistics process.

Responsibilities:

1. Receiving Goods:

   • Maintaining Conditions: Ensure proper storage conditions, such as temperature and humidity, to maintain flower freshness.
   • Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse organized, manage space efficiently and arrange goods optimally.
3. Order Preparation:
   • Order Picking: Select and pack flowers as per customer orders.
   • Packing: Securely pack flowers to prevent damage during transport and label packages appropriately.
4. Shipping:
   • Shipment Coordination: Prepare goods for shipping, organize transportation and load packages onto vehicles.
   • Documentation: Prepare shipping documents and invoices, ensuring accuracy.
5. Quality Standards Maintenance:
   • Quality Control: Regularly check goods for damage or poor quality and address issues promptly.
   • Reporting: Notify supervisors of any problems with product quality or condition.
6. Inventory Management:
   • Stock Monitoring: Track inventory levels and report the need for replenishment.
