About the Jobs

As a Forklift Driver at Handelskwekerij Roma B.V. (Roma Nova), the primary responsibility is to support the efficient flow of goods throughout the company’s logistics and production operations. This role involves the safe and accurate transportation of products, loading and unloading vehicles, and ensuring materials are distributed effectively across warehouse and production areas. Working within a fast-paced horticultural environment, the position requires a strong commitment to safety, operational efficiency, and collaboration with colleagues to maintain smooth daily operations.

Your Responsibilities :

Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
Load and unload incoming and outgoing goods.
Transport products and materials within the facility.
Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas.
Prepare shipments for dispatch.
Check goods for damage, quality, and accuracy of quantities.
Use scanners to process and track inventory movements.
Support warehouse and logistics activities when required.
Follow safety regulations and company procedures at all times.

Working conditions:

In Hillegom, work takes place from 8:00 to 17:00 for approximately 40 hours per week .

Depending on the season, it is possible to increase the number of working hours.

Job offer requirements:

Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
