About the Jobs
Working at Affish Fresh BV in Urk mainly involves processing, packaging and distributing fresh fish. Tasks include various activities in the supply chain, from receiving fish from fish auctions to rapid processing (e.g., filleting) and preparing them for shipment. Employees are responsible for sorting, packing products for transport and maintaining the quality and freshness of the fish to ensure they reach customers in the best possible condition.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 17:00.
Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
- Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Employees in food production must NOT wear artificial eyelashes, nail polish, gel / acrylic nails, jewelry, or visible piercings. Fingernails must be kept short, clean, and well-groomed.
- Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
- No contraindications for working in temperatures between 2°C and 13°C.
