About the Job
Boat Trailer Assembly:
- Assembling aluminum trailers according to technical documentation.
- Installing axles, wheels, hitches, lighting systems, and boat support rollers.
- Adjusting components to fit various boat models.
Machine and Tool Operation:
- Working with hand tools and power tools (e.g., screwdrivers, lifts, pneumatic tools).
Quality Control:
- Checking assembly accuracy according to company standards and road regulations.
- Testing finished trailers for stability and functionality.
Reporting Defects and Improvement Suggestions:
- Collaborating with the technical department to improve the production process.
- Reporting technical issues, assembly errors, or material shortages.
Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
- Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
- Manual skills and precision: Experience working with metal and tools is required.
- English language skills are required.
