Department 1: Seedling Preparation
Work in this department involves manually planting potted rose seedlings. Department 2: Machine Operator
Employees in this department are responsible for operating and overseeing machines that automatically plant potted roses. The operator’s duties include starting and monitoring machine operations, ensuring that the planting process runs smoothly and meets quality standards. Workers are responsible for monitoring the production and replenishing the robot with seedlings, which is important for maintaining speed and accuracy in large-scale operations.

Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
- Motivation to work: During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
- No contraindications in working with flower bulbs
- No contraindications to working in temperatures between 10°C and 27°C. Temperatures may be higher during spring and summer.
