About the Jobs
Position: Order Picker
Responsibilities:
- Order Preparation
Collecting and packing orders of potted plants for both indoor and outdoor use. Accuracy is essential to ensure all orders are complete and securely packed for transport.
- Working with a Scanner
Using a scanner to verify orders and confirm plant collection, ensuring a smooth and automated order tracking process.
- Arranging Potted Plants on Carts
Placing plants on specialized transport carts (“karas”) used for internal order transportation. Proper arrangement is necessary to prevent damage.
- Cart Assembly
Assembling these transport carts correctly to facilitate safe and efficient packing and transport of plants.
- Additional Tasks Assigned by Supervisors
Depending on operational needs, additional tasks may include inventory assistance, warehouse organization, and customer service-related duties.
Estimated working hours :
Monday: Work typically starts between 12:00–1:00 PM, ending based on order volume (usually around 7:00–8:00 PM, but on some Mondays, work may extend until midnight).
Tuesday – Friday: Start time varies between 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, with work finishing between 6:00 – 8:00 PM. High order volumes may result in later shifts.
Saturday – Sunday: Days off.
During the period from March until the end of August, they work in a 5-day system, averaging around 45 hours per week.
Starting from September 1st, the company will switch to a 4-day work system, from Monday to Thursday (approximately 40 hours per week). There is an option to work on Fridays if someone wants to.
Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
- Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
