About the Jobs

Position: Production Worker – Flowers (Roses)

The work involves collecting and completing orders.

Employees work with fresh roses and are responsible for preparing orders accurately and on time.

Main Duties

Production Hall (Main Hall):

• Unpacking flowers from incoming boxes
• Checking the initial quality of roses
• Aligning bunches and placing them on the conveyor belt at the correct length
• Working with flower bunching machines

The work pace is fast at first, but after gaining experience it becomes manageable. Accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail are required. The work is not physically heavy.

Cold Storage (Cooling Area):

• Receiving flowers from production
• Transporting flowers to the correct trolleys/carts
• Making sure the conveyor belt does not overfill, so production can continue smoothly

This area requires alertness, good organization skills, and attention to many details. There is a lot to learn, and the work involves a lot of walking. The temperature in the cold storage is 3–5°C, but employees do not feel cold while working.

Estimated working hours:

• Monday: 5:00 – 13:00
• Tuesday: 5:00 – 12:00
• Wednesday: 5:00 – 12:00
• Thursday: 5:00 – 12:00
• Friday: 5:00 – 13:00
• Saturday: 8:00 – 16:00
• Sunday: 8:00 – 16:00

One fixed free day per week, agreed individually.
At the beginning there may be fewer hours; as experience increases, working hours become more regular..
