About the Jobs
· Planting ivy in pots:
- The main task of the workers is to plant ivy in special structures (bands). The work requires precise placement of seedlings so that the plants can develop properly.
· Care and preparation orders :
- Once the ivy and other plants are planted, workers are responsible for their care, which includes regular watering, pruning, and removing damaged leaves. They are also responsible for preparing the finished product for shipping, ensuring that the plants are properly packaged and protected for transport.
· Planting plants (plants such as dracaena, garden yucca) :
- The work also includes planting other ornamental plants, such as dracaenas and garden yuccas. Workers must skillfully arrange the seedlings so that the plants have adequate space to grow.
· Labeling products :
- Another important duty is labeling products. Employees assign labels with the appropriate information about the plants, which is necessary for identification and sale. This process requires precision and care so that all products are properly marked.
Hedera has several locations:
HW 10- planting headers on a conveyor belt. / preparing for transport
HW 13- cleaning potted flowers (dracaena) collecting orders / planting
HW 15- preparing orders headers. watering plants / caring for plants / preparing seedlings
HW 53- planting / caring for different types of flowering plants / collecting orders
Estimated working hours: Monday to Friday 7.00-16.00 – in case of larger volume of work, working hours may change + overtime is always mandatory.
Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
- Motivation to work: During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
- No contraindications to working in temperatures between 10°C and 27°C. Temperatures may be higher during spring and summer.
