Dutch Foreigner Care BV (DFC) specializes in organizing accommodations for temporary workers, mainly from Eastern Europe, working in sectors such as agriculture and logistics. The company focuses on “flexwonen” housing solutions—temporary housing designed specifically for foreign workers.
In addition to housing services, DFC manages a fleet of company vehicles used by employees for daily transportation. To support these operations, the company operates its own garage facility in Noordwijkerhout, where vehicle maintenance, repairs, and technical inspections are carried out.
About the Jobs
As an Automotive Mechanic, the primary focus is on maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing passenger cars , fleet vehicles , e-bikes and to ensure they remain safe, reliable, and ready for daily use.
This hands-on role offers a variety of technical tasks and is ideal for individuals with mechanical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Your Responsibilities :
- Diagnose mechanical and technical faults in vehicles.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on passenger cars.
- Carry out preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles.
- Service, inspect, and repair e-bikes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Conduct mechanical assembly and replacement of parts when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety and quality standards.

Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 12 months.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Experience as an Automotive Mechanic, Car Mechanic, Vehicle Mechanic, or Auto Technician.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with preventive maintenance and repair work.
- Ability to use workshop tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of mechanical assembly and vehicle systems.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- English language skills are required
- Category B driving license
