About the Jobs

Department 1: Stacking
Field Work – Flower Cutting:

Harvesting Flowers: Workers hand-pick flowers at the right moment to ensure top quality. It is crucial to cut them at the correct stage of development.
Sorting: After harvesting, the flowers are sorted by quality and size to facilitate further sales.
Packing: Flowers are packed for transport with care to avoid damaging the delicate buds.

Department 2: Hall Work – Bulb Cleaning:

Peeling Bulbs: Workers remove the outer layers of the bulbs to prepare them for storage or sale.
Sorting and Packing: Bulbs are sorted by size and quality, then packed into appropriate containers.
Quality Control: During the peeling and sorting process, workers check the bulbs to ensure there are no damaged or diseased ones.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 17:00.

Job offer requirements:

Availability to work for at least 3-6 months.
Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
