About the Jobs

Planting Vegetables:
Employees are responsible for manually or mechanically planting Chinese vegetables in controlled greenhouse conditions.
Harvesting Vegetables:
Harvesting takes place at strictly defined times to ensure optimal quality and flavor of the vegetables. Employees perform manual harvesting, taking care not to damage the plants.
Crop Maintenance:
This involves monitoring plant condition, weeding, watering and performing other daily crop care tasks.
Quality Control:
Employees check that all vegetables meet quality standards, such as size, color and freshness, before they are sent to market.
Other Tasks Assigned by the Supervisor:
Depending on the company’s needs, this may include additional work such as packing products, preparing orders for shipment or maintaining cleanliness in the greenhouse.

Job offer requirements:

Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
