About the Jobs

Job Responsibilities:

Planting flowers:
Employees are responsible for manually planting orchid cuttings, ensuring proper placement in pots and creating the right conditions for growth.
Care and order preparation for shipping:
Regular care of orchids including watering, fertilizing and trimming to ensure healthy plant development. Preparing products for shipping includes packing the plants and securing them for transport.
Selection of seedlings and quality control:
Careful selection of seedlings at each growth stage to ensure only top-quality plants are sent for sale. Quality control involves assessing the health, appearance and size of the orchids.
Product labeling:
Responsibility for labeling individual products to facilitate identification and accurate order fulfillment.
Other duties:
Additional tasks related to daily operations such as maintaining a clean workstation, helping with equipment maintenance or assisting the team during peak order periods.

Job offer requirements:

Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
Motivation to work: During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
