About the Jobs

Employees are responsible for a wide range of tasks related to processing and preparing flower bulbs and potted plants. Typical duties include:

Sorting and planting bulbs: Manually sorting flower bulbs by quality and size, and planting them in pots according to established standards.
Preparing floral arrangements and compositions: Creating visually appealing flower arrangements from fresh plants, which are then packed for sale.
Packing orders: Preparing products for shipment by packing flowers and bulbs into boxes and pallets and securing them properly.
Support tasks: Other tasks assigned by the supervisor, such as cleaning or quality control.

Expected Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, from 6:00 to 16:00/17:00. Overtime is expected during periods of high order volume (mandatory), and there may also be work on Saturdays.

Job offer requirements:

Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
Motivation to work: During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
