About the Jobs

Department 1: Location Voorhout (September – December)
Work at this location involves preparing products for sale, which includes planting flower bulbs in pots, decorating plants, and preparing them for export and sale. This is the stage where products are packaged and decorated to meet both the aesthetic and quality expectations of customers.

Scope of duties:
• Planting flower bulbs in pots.
• Decorating plants and pots according to customer orders.
• Preparing plants and bulbs for export, including packing for transport.

Working conditions:
Work takes place mainly in the production hall, from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with a flexible schedule depending on order volume. Overtime work is possible, and the weekly working time ranges from 40 to 60 hours.

Department 2: Location Hillegom
In Hillegom, the work involves planting flower bulbs in large crates, collecting orders, and organizing them before shipment. This process is more related to logistics and preparing orders for transport, including stacking them on pallets.

Scope of duties:
• Planting flower bulbs in crates.
• Collecting orders according to customer specifications.
• Stacking ordered products on pallets to prepare them for shipment.

Working conditions:
In Hillegom, work takes place from 8:00 to 17:00 for approximately 40 hours per week .

Depending on the season, it is possible to increase the number of working hours.

Job offer requirements:

Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
Motivation to work: During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
