About the Jobs

Responsibilities:

Planting blueberry seedlings: Employees are responsible for planting very small blueberry seedlings into specially prepared containers. Each seedling must be carefully positioned in the growing medium to ensure proper development.

Monitoring plant health: Workers must regularly check the condition of the seedlings to ensure healthy growth. Any plants showing signs of damage or disease must be promptly removed to prevent problems from spreading in the greenhouse.

Greenhouse care tasks: Daily responsibilities include:
• Precise planting: Ensuring each seedling is placed correctly and securely in the substrate.
• Fertilizing and plant protection: Applying fertilizers and plant protection products as needed, following specific guidelines.
• Preparation for shipping: Once seedlings reach the desired size and quality, they are prepared for delivery.
• Packing: Carefully placing seedlings into appropriate transport containers to ensure they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.

Working conditions: around 15-27°C. (Temperatures may be higher in spring and summer).

Job offer requirements:

Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
