About the Jobs:

Employees are responsible for manually cutting hydrangeas, which requires precision and attention to the appearance and condition of the flowers to meet quality standards before further preparation.
Bouquet-Making:
- Involves creating small bouquets from hydrangeas. Employees assemble floral arrangements that are then packed and shipped to customers. This task requires an eye for aesthetics and the ability to work with flowers to ensure the bouquets are visually appealing and meet customer expectations.
Packing and Preparing Flowers for Shipment:
- After the bouquets are made, the flowers are carefully packed and prepared for transport to both domestic and international markets.
Other Tasks Assigned by Supervisor

Working Hours:

Work is conducted from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. In times of higher order volume or during peak seasons, mandatory overtime may be required during the week, as well as work on Saturdays.

Working conditions: work in a greenhouse and in the hall, temperature around 5–15°C (winter period), 20–30°C (summer period).

Job offer requirements:

Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
Motivation to work: During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
