About the Jobs

Department 1:
The worker is responsible for the precise and accurate planting of young chrysanthemum cuttings on prepared surfaces.

Regular health monitoring of the plants is a crucial part of the job. Workers must be attentive to any signs of diseases, pests or abnormal growth and report issues immediately.

Observe the budding of flowers and evaluate their readiness for harvesting based on the maturity and size of the buds.

Flowers must be cut at appropriate points to avoid damaging the rest of the plant and ensure continued growth.

Work Hours:
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Department 2:

After harvesting, flowers are sorted by size and quality. Special attention must be paid to the appearance and condition of the flowers to ensure they meet Arcadia B.V.’s standards.

Flowers are then prepared for further processing, such as packaging and shipment.

Job offer requirements:

Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.

No contraindications to working in high temperatures.
Must have skills : manual / physical skills., ability to perform repetitive tasks
