About the Jobs

Department 1:

The work involves greenhouse work.

Selection and Quality Control:
• Employees are responsible for thoroughly inspecting finished products for quality. This is a key stage of the work, as it ensures that Amaryllis bulbs and other plants meet quality requirements before shipping.
Machine Operation:
• As part of their duties, employees operate machines used in the production process. This includes not only monitoring the machines but also ensuring their proper functioning to keep operations running smoothly.
Product Packaging:
• Products such as potted plants and bulbs must be properly packaged before shipping. Employees are responsible for secure packaging to maintain product quality during transport.
Planting Bulbs:
• Planting Amaryllis bulbs into pots is a crucial production step. Employees are responsible for precise planting to achieve optimal growing results.
Preparing Flowers for Orders:
• The company handles individual customer orders and employees are tasked with preparing flowers for shipment according to customer requirements, ensuring attention to detail and quality.
Other Tasks Assigned by the Supervisor:
• Additionally, employees carry out various tasks assigned by supervisors, depending on the current production needs.

Estimated working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00–8:00 until 17:00–18:00. In case of a higher workload, working hours may change, and mandatory overtime/Saturday work may be required.

Job offer requirements:

Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
Motivation to work: During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
