About the Jobs
Department 1: Washing Facility
In this department, employees handle washing machines and ensure that all crates and flower bulbs are thoroughly cleaned. The duties include:
Stacking crates on pallets: After washing and drying, the crates are stacked on pallets and prepared for reuse. Crates with flower bulbs can weigh up to 20 kg, requiring physical strength.
Washing and drying crates: The process involves placing plastic crates into special washing machines. After washing, the crates are dried and prepared for further processing.
Washing and drying flower bulbs: Flower bulbs are placed into special washing machines for cleaning.
Machine operation: Employees are responsible for overseeing the washing machines, ensuring they operate correctly, and performing maintenance.
Department 2: Pot Sorting
In this department, employees are responsible for sorting and quality control of the pots used for planting. The duties include:
- Quality control: Pots are checked for any damage or contamination to ensure they are suitable for further use.
- Pot sorting: Pots are classified based on specific criteria such as size, type and intended use.
Shift Allowances:
- Monday to Saturday:
- 00:00 – 05:00 *** 130%
- 05:00 – 19:00 *** 100%
- 19:00 – 24:00 *** 130%
- Sunday:
- 00:00 – 24:00 *** 200%
Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
- Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
- Ability to work in a wet environment.
