‘t Mossenest

About the Jobs:

The job at ‘t Mossenest involves planting flower bulbs by hand while kneeling. It is physical outdoor work, typically done in the fields. Workers kneel to plant flower bulbs such as tulips, lilies and muscari at the correct depth and spacing.

Main tasks include:

Planting bulbs: Manually placing bulbs into the soil with precision to ensure proper planting.
Working on your knees: Due to the nature of the job, much of the time is spent in a kneeling position, which can be physically demanding.
Maintaining pace: Workers must work efficiently to keep up with the planting schedule, especially during peak horticultural periods.

This is often seasonal work and requires good physical condition. In addition to kneeling and planting, tasks may include carrying boxes of flower bulbs.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.

Job offer requirements:

Availability to work for at least 3-6 months.
Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
