About the Jobs:

Work at RCQ de Groot involves various aspects of plant cultivation and production management. Key areas of responsibility include:

Plant Cultivation:
• Crop Management: Employees monitor and manage plant growth in polytunnels, keeping track of conditions such as temperature, humidity and light.
• Cultivation Techniques: The use of modern techniques like tunnel growing requires knowledge of best practices, including fertilization and pest control.
Quality Control:
• Plant Assessment: Employees may be responsible for checking the quality of plants to ensure they meet company and customer standards.
• Harvesting and Packing: After harvesting, the plants must be properly packed and prepared for transport, requiring attention to detail.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:00.

Job offer requirements:

Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
