About the Jobs:
Department 1: Field Work
Employees working in the field are mainly responsible for harvesting and digging up flower bulbs. Tasks include operating machinery to dig up the bulbs and placing them on pallets for further transport. This work is entirely outdoors, making it a great option for those who enjoy working in the open air, although it does require physical stamina.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Saturday: 08:00 – 12:30
Department 2: Indoor Processing
This department focuses on further processing the bulbs after harvest. Employees are responsible for peeling and sorting the bulbs according to quality standards. The bulbs are then packed into appropriate packaging, ready for sale and shipping. Indoor work requires more precision and attention to detail.
Working Hours:
Saturday: 08:00 – 12:30
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Important: Workwear must be appropriate for the weather conditions (e.g., a raincoat and suitable shoes may be required).
Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 3-6 months.
- Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
