JUB Holland, is a family-owned company with a rich heritage dating back to 1910. Specializing in flower bulb cultivation – especially tulips – it is one of the main suppliers for the Dutch royal household.

The company works closely with landscape designers and scientists, not only cultivating but also developing new tulip varieties. In collaboration with JUB Landscape, it brings green projects to life in urban environments such as curbsides, parks and roundabouts, both in the Netherlands and internationally.

About the Jobs:

Department 1: Production (Packing)

This department focuses on handling flower bulbs, mainly tulips. Key responsibilities include:

• Sorting and cleaning flower bulbs:

Manual selection and removal of debris to prepare bulbs for further processing.

• Cutting and preparing bulbs:

Making necessary incisions so bulbs can be properly planted or processed.

• Machine planting of tulip bulbs:

Operating machines for automated bulb planting to improve production efficiency.

• Arranging tulip bouquets:

Preparing flowers for retail or export by arranging bouquets according to orders.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Department 2: Shipping (Expedition)

This team handles the preparation and dispatch of products. Main tasks include:

• Loading and unloading:

Operating loading docks and assisting with deliveries of flower bulbs.

• Packing bulbs:

Preparing bulbs for export and domestic sale, ensuring secure packaging.

Working Hours:

Regular schedule: 08:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Peak season (e.g., spring): 07:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Department 3: Order Picking

This department is responsible for gathering and dispatching customer orders. Main tasks:

• Order picking:

Collecting items from the warehouse based on provided specifications.

• Order verification:

Ensuring orders are complete and correctly packed before shipment.

Working Hours:

Regular: 08:00 AM – 5:00 PM
In high season: 07:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working conditions: work on a production hall floor; winter season temperature approx. 10 °C; summer season temperature approx. 20-25 °C.

Job offer requirements:

Availability to work for at least 3 months.
Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
