About the Jobs

The company has various production departments where employees perform diverse responsibilities:

Department 1: Welding

Job Description:
The work involves welding metal components that are crucial for the construction of industrial machines. Welders work with various materials, primarily stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminium, making precise joints and ensuring the quality and durability of the assembled parts.
- Precision and the ability to read technical drawings are required.
- Welding using TIG/MIG methods and quality control of the welds performed.
Working Hours: 07:00 – 16:30
Welders must be prepared to work in varying conditions, often at high temperatures, while adhering to the highest safety standards.

Department 2: Assembly

In the assembly department, employees are responsible for assembling machines from pre-prepared components. The assembly includes connecting mechanical, electrical and pneumatic elements into a cohesive whole, based on detailed technical drawings.
- Employees are responsible for the precise assembly of devices to ensure the proper functioning of the finished machines.
- The scope of duties also includes testing the assembled devices to ensure they meet quality requirements and are ready for shipment to the client.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:30

Job offer requirements:

Availability to work for at least 3-6 months.
Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
