About the Jobs

1. Cleaning and Maintenance of Palms:
   • Regular cleaning of leaves, removal of dead plant parts and maintaining the overall appearance of the palms to ensure their aesthetic appeal and health.
2. Planting and Replanting Palms:
   • Employees are responsible for planting new plants and replanting larger palms into suitable pots. The aim is to provide optimal growth conditions for the plants at various stages of development.
3. Arranging Plants in the Greenhouse:
   • Palms are arranged in the greenhouse in an optimal manner to ensure they receive adequate light and space for growth.
4. Placing Plants on Metal Trolleys:
   • Preparing plants for shipment involves placing them on special transport trolleys to ensure safe delivery to customers.
5. Other Duties:
   • Employees may also be involved in additional tasks such as packing plants, organizing the warehouse or other assignments related to production and logistics as directed by supervisors.

Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Working Conditions:
Work is carried out in greenhouses with a climate controlled to meet the needs of palm trees. Employees must be prepared for variable temperatures and the physical demands of lifting plants and pots.
