Department 2: Pepper Planting and Care

This department focuses on key activities related to planting and preparing the greenhouse for new crops:

  • Planting peppers: Plants are placed in special substrates (not in soil) at heights of 4-5 meters. This process requires precision to ensure optimal growing conditions.
  • Greenhouse cleaning: After the season ends, employees remove plant residues and thoroughly clean the greenhouse, preparing it for the next cultivation. This requires attention to detail and a focus on hygiene.

Department 3: Pepper Sorting and Packaging

This department handles the final stage of production, where peppers are sorted, packed, and prepared for distribution:

  • Sorting peppers: Employees classify peppers based on variety, size and quality to meet market standards.
  • Packaging: Peppers are carefully packed into containers for shipment to both domestic and export markets.
  • Preparing goods for export: Tasks include organizing and packaging products according to international order requirements.

Department 4: Greenhouse Clearing

The process of clearing the greenhouse starts with removing all plants. Typically, one person works on a cart, precisely cutting the strings that support the plants, while another collects the plants from the ground and places them on plastic sheets or mats.

Once this phase is completed, cleaning tasks follow, including vacuuming, sweeping and cleaning hoses and gutters. An essential part of the process is also collecting used mats (called “pampers”).

After all plants are removed, the greenhouse is prepared for a new cultivation cycle. This includes laying clean plastic sheets on the ground, arranging mats and installing water supply hoses. During this phase, mats are cut to enable proper irrigation for the new seedlings.

Tasks in this department include:

  • Cutting pepper plants

  • Collecting used mats and laying new ones

Thanks to these thorough preparations, the greenhouse is ready for a new, efficient cultivation cycle.
