About the Jobs
Department 1: Stacking
Work in the staking department involves manually supporting the structure of plants to ensure their proper growth and aesthetics. Workers insert the sticks supporting the flowers into the pots and wrap the plants around these sticks. Then, the flowers are secured with special clips, which allows for their stable development and preparation for further transport or sale.
Range duties :
- Inserting flower support sticks into pots.
- Wrapping flowers around sticks .
- Securing plants with clips.
Department 2: Inpack
In this department, employees are responsible for packing the finished plants into foil and labeling the products. Then, the plants are placed on trolleys, ready for transport or shipping to customers. This process requires precision and attention to detail so that the product reaches the recipient in perfect condition.
Range duties :
- Packing orchids in protective foil.
- Labeling of products according to customer requirements.
- Placing packaged plants on transport trolleys.
Department 3: Shipping The
shipping department is responsible for final preparation of the product for shipping, including decorating the plants before they are shipped. At this stage, employees can add decorations, such as ribbons or other decorative elements that enhance the aesthetics of the product.
Range duties :
- Decorating plants Before shipment .
- Preparing orchids for expedition to international markets.
Expected working hours : Monday to Friday 6am-4pm/5pm + mandatory overtime in the event of a large amount of work, possibly work on Saturday.
Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
- Motivation to work: During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
- No restrictions for working in temperatures between 20°C and 27°C. Temperatures may be higher during spring and summer months.
