About the Jobs

Department 1: Production

Job Responsibilities:

Employees are responsible for planting seedlings under appropriate conditions, which requires knowledge of proper spacing and planting depth.
Daily plant care, including watering, fertilizing, and monitoring growth. Employees ensure optimal conditions in the greenhouse.
Labeling plants, which helps with the identification of varieties and facilitates later sales and logistics processes.

Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:15 PM

Department 2: Dispatch

Job Responsibilities:

Product preparation for sale/export: Employees are responsible for sorting and packaging flowers, including flower seedlings, to ensure they are ready for shipment and properly secured.
Building metal flower trolleys: Employees assemble trolleys to facilitate the transport and storage of flowers.
Order preparation: Collecting and packaging orders according to customer requirements, which requires precision and attention to detail.
Quality control before shipping: Final check of the flowers to ensure they meet quality standards before shipment to customers.

Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:15 PM

Department 3: Selection

Job Responsibilities:

Plant care: Ensuring the health of the plants, which includes watering, fertilizing and monitoring their condition.
Quality control: Regular checks of the flower quality to eliminate those that do not meet standards. This requires a good eye for detail.
Artificial pollination of flowers: The pollination process can increase yields and flower quality, which is particularly important in commercial production.

Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:15 PM

Job offer requirements:

Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
Motivation to work: During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
