About the Jobs

Work at Xpol involves performing various tasks related to flower distribution. Key responsibilities include:

Unpacking flowers:
- Receiving flower deliveries and carefully unpacking them to assess their quality and prepare them for further processing.
Labeling:
- Attaching appropriate labels or decorations to flowers for identification and visual appeal.
Placing flowers in buckets and packing them into boxes:
- Carefully placing flowers in buckets and then packing them into boxes to secure them during transport.
Stacking boxes on pallets and preparing them for shipment:
- Arranging packed boxes on pallets to facilitate transport and storage.
Organizing and storing incoming batches of flowers:
- Properly placing incoming flowers in the warehouse to ensure appropriate storage and easy access.
Collecting production orders for processing/shipping to clients:
- Assembling orders according to client requirements, which demands precision and efficiency.
Preparing parcels for shipment:
- Final preparation of packages for shipping, including packing, labeling, and ensuring everything is ready for transport.

Estimated working hours: 8.00 – 17.00

Job offer requirements:

Availability to work for at least 3-6 months.
Motivation to work: During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
