About the Jobs
Sorting Vegetables: Workers in the sorting area are responsible for selecting onions and garlic based on quality, size and appearance. Damaged products or those of the wrong size or failing to meet quality standards, must be separated.
Operating the Sorting Conveyor: Vegetables move along a conveyor belt and workers manually select the appropriate items for further packing or remove those that do not meet the standards.
Packaging: After sorting, onions and garlic are packed into bulk containers, which are then prepared for shipment to customers.
Quality Control: Workers are responsible for ensuring that the vegetables meet the requirements for appearance, freshness, and cleanliness.
Cleaning: Some products may need cleaning before sorting or packaging.
Other Physical Tasks: Additional tasks may be assigned by the supervisor, such as general cleaning at the work station.
Working hours (two shifts):
Morning shift: 06:45 AM – 03:30 PM
Afternoon shift: 03:45 PM – 12:00 AM
Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
- Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Employees in food production must NOT wear artificial eyelashes, nail polish, gel / acrylic nails, jewelry, or visible piercings. Fingernails must be kept short, clean, and well-groomed.
- Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
- Ability to perform physical work and work at a fast pace.
