Multi-Task Worker – Greenhouse Flowers

A dynamic and varied role involving the care of ornamental plants such as ivy, gerbera, ferns, orchids, seedlings, and potted flowers. Every task ensures healthy plant growth and aesthetic appeal, contributing to customer satisfaction.

About the Jobs

Work in greenhouses and flower cultivation involves plant care, flower packaging, and preparation for shipment. The scope of responsibilities includes:

Plant Care – Regular watering, trimming, and health monitoring to detect pests or diseases. Maintaining optimal temperature and humidity conditions for plant growth.
Planting & Cutting Flowers – Planting new flowers according to guidelines and ensuring proper placement in pots. Harvesting flowers at the right time for sale or shipment.
Leaf Removal – Removing damaged or dried leaves to enhance plant aesthetics and promote healthy growth.
Order Preparation – Picking plants according to customer orders with precision and attention to quality and quantity.
Packing Orders – Safely packing plants to ensure they remain undamaged during transport.
Plant Arrangement in Greenhouses – Positioning plants to allow proper growth, accessibility, and easy maintenance.
Building Metal Carts – Assembling and setting up metal carts for efficient transportation of plants within the warehouse or greenhouse.

Working Conditions: Work in a greenhouse or hall with temperatures ranging from 10°C to 27°C (higher temperatures may occur during spring and summer months).

Forecast working hours:

36–45 hours per week (depending on the season).
Monday to Friday, 6:00/8:00 AM – 4:00/6:00 PM, includes the possibility of overtime during the week and on Saturdays if there is a high volume of orders
Overtime and Saturday shifts may be required for larger orders. Note: Overtime is mandatory.

Job offer requirements:

Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
