About the Jobs
Department 1: Order Preparation
The job involves preparing orders for shipment, packing the products, and selecting the appropriate flowers.
Working hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (1-hour break); overtime during the week and work on Saturdays may be required.
Working conditions: Temperature around 15–17°C.
Department 2: Selection
The job involves quality control of the product. Additionally, employees operate machines that sort the products.
Working hours: Shift work from 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Working conditions: Temperature ranges from 10–27°C (temperatures may be higher during the spring and summer months).
Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
- Motivation to work: During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
- No contraindications to working in temperatures between 10°C and 27°C. Temperatures may be higher during spring and summer.
