About the Jobs

Planting and propagation of plants: The job involves manually planting young plants and vegetative propagation by removing or cutting off buds and growth points.
Quality control: Assessing the health status of seedlings and land plants to ensure they meet our high-quality standards before shipping to customers.
Order preparation: Packing plants for shipment, ensuring proper product protection and labeling.
Fieldwork: For land plants, tasks may include planting, maintenance and harvesting plants from open fields during the autumn-winter season.
Cleaning and maintenance work: Keeping the workplace clean and taking care of tools and equipment.
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor: Depending on the needs, additional tasks may be assigned, such as substrate preparation, machine operation or warehouse assistance.

Estimated working hours: Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 17:00, working hours may change + overtime is always mandatory.

Job offer requirements:

Availability to work for at least 6-12 months.
Motivation to work: During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
